SONDEX A/S expands in South East Asia

 

SONDEX A/S, a world leader in plate heat exchanger technology, announces the formation of a new subsidiary in Singapore which will manage their business across the region of South East Asia. SONDEX A/S has agreed to take over the business assets of their Singapore agent of 18 years, Scanpro Pacific Pte Ltd, to form a new company, Sondex South East Asia Pte Ltd. The proprietors of Scanpro Pacific Pte Ltd, Ken Teagle and Trent Keliher, stay on as the managers of the company.

 

SONDEX A/S, VP of Sales, Mr Lars Nielsen, said “This move demonstrates our commitment to global expansion - even in such tough economic conditions. Sondex South East Asia Pte Ltd will provide us with the platform to aggressively market our products in the region and provide an even better level of service to our valued customers”.
